- Motivated by learning
- Recognizes that teaching is a great way to learn
- Bring resources to campus that aren't present at the moment

*What skills do you have that would contribute as a Tech Fellow? Prior experiences?*
- Came into University with zero coding knowledge
- Has general understanding of a variety of programming langauges and concepts

*What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?*
- Understand that most students will be beginers in the subjuct
- Being understanding and available to the students bc they will have questions

*What skills do you want to build/improve on? (technical/non-technical)*
- With a specialization in cybersecurity, wants to improve upon that

- Was able to do it quickly
- Combine application into one step

*What would you improve in CodePath?*
- Understanding the "WHY" of the curriculum
- Often told to do somethign and expect a result.

### Tech Fellow Covid Grant

Grant of `$599` sent directly to tech fellows via PayPal. All Tech Fellows can apply (for-credit, non-credit, returning, new, etc.). To qualify, TFs must:

* Write an essay about COVID + CodePath community-building
* Attend + Participate 9-week leadership training
* Recruit minimum of 15 students (Admitted status)
