Prior experiences?* - Teaching people. - multiple dev languages very aproachaboe likes helping, presentation skills *What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?* - Get class involved in activities. Ice breaker activities to help getting to know everyone. Pairing students with others who they have never met before. - understanding intrests geting to know the students (icebreakers) working with new people in labs to get to know everyone *What are your apprehensions or which areas you believe needs improvement & support.* - Constraints (iOS), teaching online (he prefers teaching online). It's easier doing in-person because it's easier to guide students.
