#### Emily:
**DATES**
- I recommend we give ourselves at least 2 weeks to market these.
- I'm OOO from August 20-24, so ideal dates from our end would be **August 29 & Sept 5 - Saturday 10am (speak with Memo)?**.
- It seems evenings are better for the students, or even Saturdays. I think 1-2 sessions should suffice. SET-UP AND MARKETING Happy to support.
- All we need are the dates/times and then we can take care of the rest. It would be good to get the instructors' bios so we can use those to market the sessions too.
- I also think we should raffle off two $100 Visa gift cards at the end of each session so we're consistent with the on-campus sessions (students talk to each other!).
- Introductions from all staff and instructors in the session (quick bio) If staff is present, maybe a staff member talks a bit more about CodePath as an org, our mission, and how we hope remote students will help us bring us to their campus after they complete the remote programs
- Lead instructor does a little spiel about the context behind the class, to get students excited about learning the material and to help them understand the "why"
- Students ask questions and we do Q&A. Students can also stay around to get help with their pre-work if they are stuck from the instructors.

Notes during meeting:
- No social media posts to keep this only amongst students who have applied and have completed the prework
- Gurus will prepare slide
- Gurus setup Zoom link and registrations
- Gurus will be present during the sesssions
- Pretty flexible who will present, ideally lead instructor or someone who is very active in the course (maybe even Tim)
- gurus can do this too if need be
