- Enjoy learning how people think
- Took the couyrse for Codepath iOS mobile development
- Grew alot
- Want to futher solidufy my grasp in mobile development and see other people grow

*What skills do you have that would contribute as a Tech Fellow? Prior experiences?*
- TAed for previous introcudtory classes
- Employed Patience
- Learned how people communicate when teaching different types of people

*What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?*
- Consider how students best learn
- Provide different ways of learning
- Welcome mistakes as they learn(PART OF LEARNING PROCESS)
- Gread students based on effort(seeing if there is an improvement)

*What skills do you want to build/improve on? (technical/non-technical)*
- Learn more programming languages
- Help more students and be more credible
- Communication
- Being able to express what I would want to say clearly and cocisly

*How was the TF application process? Would you make any changes to improve it?*
- I liked that pre-work was not given specifc steps on how to make the optional features
- Allows more creativity among the applicants
- shows how much the applicant know
- Or how much applicants research to improve thoer applications

*What would you improve in CodePath?*
- Grading
- Stuidents have different learning prefrences
- eg tests or projects
- Grades get updated in a way that it wpupd emphasise the improvement from the begining to the end
- eg recognising imporvement and effort
- aActivitiies for visual, spactial and etc learners
- Oral exam , creating a mobile app and programning assesment

### Tech Fellow Covid Grant

Grant of `$599` sent directly to tech fellows via PayPal. All Tech Fellows can apply (for-credit, non-credit, returning, new, etc.). To qualify, TFs must:

* Write an essay about COVID + CodePath community-building
* Attend + Participate 9-week leadership training
* Recruit minimum of 15 students (Admitted status)
