# Manish Rajendran Bi-weekly Check in (1st Round)
## Lab/Tools/Resources Feedback
- What do you think about the training? (I.e. slow, fast, just right, hard, easy)
- Keep in mind of TFs who are former students, we are gearing towards new tfs with little to no experience in iOS
Note: I think the training sessions are great. The demos combined with the teach of non-traditional topics like lottie, skeletonView, or diving deeper into auto layout are great things to learn at an intermediate level.
- What do you think about having separate trainings one for those who never took the iOS course before and one for those who already took the iOS course?
Note: I think this is necessary. As someone who has already completed the course, the “homework” is stuff that I have already completed and does not really excite me.
- What do you think of changing our 7am lab to 8am?
Note: Does not matter
- How can we improve the labs
Note: More things about stuff like async calls and delegate. Getting into the nitty gritty. Combined with cool things like Lottie would be great.
- How can we improve the assignments
Note: same as above
- Have you checked out our portals (i.e. task tracker setting up organizer dashboard, course portal, discusssion space, notion space). Any Feedback?
Note
