- Go back and teach at home country

- Back in school I was presendent of the class
- Leader for the class
- I was chosen to lead a math learning center
- Love to help students
- panamenian students association that gives a community to students and I becaemthe vic-preseident of this association because I have a good communication skills.

*What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?*
- Give a sense of community
- Try to make students feel like they are part of something
- Make students feel like they can achieve what they want to

- Technical skills
- Leadrrship and communivcation skills
- Belives we can always get better with these skills
- Love working with people from different backgrounds

### Tech Fellow Covid Grant

Grant of `$599` sent directly to tech fellows via PayPal. All Tech Fellows can apply (for-credit, non-credit, returning, new, etc.). To qualify, TFs must:

* Write an essay about COVID + CodePath community-building
* Attend + Participate 9-week leadership training
* Recruit minimum of 15 students (Admitted status)
