Note: First week of September 2 Dashboard is filled out tues wed @ 7pm est ### (Multiple TFs) - Have you talked to the TFs at your campus? GURU NOTE: TFs should get to know each other by now Note: Yes - How do you plan to split the workload with the other TFs? GURU NOTE: Make sure to discuss with your Lead Tech Fellow in case you haven't. Note: 4tf 2 people per class - How will the live-sessions be split up between tech fellows? GURU NOTE: every tech fellow should get a chance to teach. It could be switching every week. Have two TFs each week (one presenting, the other moderating) and switch with the other 2 TFs the next week. Note: Still coming up with a plan, 1 person leads the overview one leads le lectuere and both do the lab ### (One TF) - How do you plan to handle the workload without burning out? (GURU Note: for example, will you be contacting your Tech Guru more often? Will you reach out to students via announcements on a club page? Asking for help from a professor to spread the word? Reach out to tutoring center and find someone down to help with task tracker, taking attendance, moderating) Note: ### (All TFs) - What does your session plan look like? GURU NOTE: i.e. 15 min slide deck, 30 code walkthrough, 15 min group work. Give examples from other sites and what worked. Note: same as ablve - How will you organize announcements/material for students? GURU NOTE: i.e. slack, email, notion, hackmd, etc. How often will you keep up with students (i.e. 2 emails per week + announcements/reminders on slack, etc) Note: marketing to clubs and orgs and professors - What other campus organizations do you know? GURU NOTE: Have TFs contact other on-campus orgs and Profs. and reach out to potential students that are willing to help with marketing, moderating zoom sessions, student communication, planning out demo day, etc. Note: - How do you plan to market the course? GURU NOTE: Give advice on how other sites or how you have marketed before. Advise students to find emails of professors and clubs to reach out to them with template emails in our notion page. Note: - What do you want to get out of being a TF? GURU NOTE: would you like to receive help from the Gurus with a personal project, resume, specific iOS topics, presentation skills, communication, seeing students be successful etc. Note: experence teaching and it will help him learn iOS - What are some ios topics/skills that you want to improve on Note: Have a hard time pausing and slow down the presentation. ## Get to know each other - Chat with your TF ## Questions / Concerns
