# Derek Chang Returning TF Interview ### May 17 2020 **Course:** iOS **University:** UCI ### Personal Questions *Why do you want to RE-apply as a Tech Fellow?* - going 4th codepath course as a 3rd year college student, - likes seing the students improve and the bonds that form by being inolved with a tech fellow *What skills did gain after running as a TF?* - learning how to present and handle a classroom and to be more orgnized *How successful were you in creating a CodePath community? What helped/what didn't?* - He Tries to make it a safe place where everyone can get help and work togther, many students have fromed bonds and because its so great many students have invited friends to codepath *What improvements did you make to the course while while running as a TF?* - working with Gullermo and the team, every single classs they are expanmding and growing as a org they are constantly updating the content and adding better documintation *How do you plan to keep growing CodePath at your University?* - Chace and Linny and all the TF are working togther to continue to grow and get more inolved with the university orginazations and market CodePath *How can CodePath help you improve your course runs?
