## Plan of Action

### Preliminary Round

**Planning/Logistics**

All logistics are handled by TFs with the support of Gurus + Template Guides (see the [**demo day book**](https://hackmd.io/@codepath-tfs/demo-day) section "Tech Fellows" for templates).

**Deadlines**

Demo Days will be held accordingly by the Tech Fellow's end of semester at their respective site

**Process**
1. Tech Fellows host their own demo day. The baseline scope are student presentations/demos, selecting finalists, presenting certificates (e.g., best design) to non-finalists.
1. Tech Fellows picks out best projects to send to CodePath's National Final Demo Day (**details below**)
- Send their top 15% - 20% of groups, examples:
- 17 groups -> 15 - 20% -> 3 groups finalist
- 7 groups -> 15 - 20% -> 1 group finalist
1. Tech fellows sends list of finanlists to their Gurus

## CodePath National Demo Day (Finalist Round)

**Logistics**

Email Invitations will be sent out to:
- Finalists picked from Tech Fellows
- all students + Tech Fellows to ***come***.
