*Tell me about yourself.*
- Computer Science Major
- Started as a finace major
- Started programming during the pandemic and change major to computer sceince
- iOS programming seems very popular and I want to focus on there
- Loves swift
- I like building things
- Used swift in a couple hakathons

*Why do you want to apply as a Tech Fellow?*
- Started codepath because I had a lot of free time
- Take the knpwelege I learned at codepath and teach other students
- Some students loose love for CS , codepath can help restore love for those Students
- I would love the opportunity to teach and get experince teaching others

*What skills do you have that would contribute as a Tech Fellow? Prior experiences?*
- Skills
- Patient
- good at explaining things
- Exp
- tutor in highschool

*What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?*
- Teaching is second priority
- Motivating the students to learn material is 1st prority
- having a direct line to work with students and etc
- Experience going through difficulties while learning and will use that experince to teach students better

*What skills do you want to build/improve on? (technical/non-technical)*
- Improve patience
- to do research and learn higher level subject
- Gaining skills to explain deeper concepts in xcode
- Working with other poeple

*How was the TF application process? Would you make any changes to improve it?*
- Absolutly not
- Not very difficult
- Entry level students might have probvelms building the tip calculator without steps to guide them

*What would you improve in CodePath?*
- Great experince with codepath so far

### Tech Fellow Covid Grant

Grant of `$599` sent directly to tech fellows via PayPal. All Tech Fellows can apply (for-credit, non-credit, returning, new, etc.). To qualify, TFs must:

* Write an essay about COVID + CodePath community-building
* Attend + Participate 9-week leadership training
* Recruit minimum of 15 students (Admitted status)
