Helping run the course at UCI. Likes to go to the gym, beach. *Why do you want to apply as a Tech Fellow?* - After taking the class with Hermain and Derek. Really made a difference in learning iOS and wanted to spark that interest in other students. - After taking the class he liked the material and wanted to get involved to get others intrested *What skills do you have that would contribute as a Tech Fellow? Prior experiences?* - Helping leading the class right now has helped him build his leadership skills. Technical mentoring. Likes to take initiative - been looking into the lab and prepairing for lesons, helping lead the class at UCI *What does it take to build a good community in the classroom?* - Talk to everyone before class. Talk to students as if they are on the same level as you. Don't put students under yourself. Right now they try to implement that as well through zoom to talk to students. - geting to know everynig as equals and forming conections, maing opertunited to get help and to intreact with all the students *What are your apprehensions or which areas you believe needs improvement & support.* - Presentation skills. Not stutter as much. Have better flow in communication. - comunication skills less clutter words *In what areas would you like CodePath to help you with?* - Make meaningful connections. Keep providing internship opportunities.
