Mee is Democaracy Activist of [Parti Co-op](https://parti.coop/). She started to participate civic hacking project as member of [nullfull](https://nullfull.kr/) and work as Project organizer of [Code for Korea] (https://codefor.kr/wiki/%EB%8C%80%EB%AC%B8) after covid-19 open data alliance.

Chihhao Yu (chihao) is a g0v contributor and the co-founder of g0v international. He is an engineer, an artist, and currently the co-director of IORG, a research group on information manipulation.

Miley is a PhD student of child development and community manager of [Code for Japan](https://www.code4japan.org/). She works for [LITALICO](https://litalico.co.jp/en/) and held [Social Fighter Award](https://socialfighter.jp/),the award for the team who work on the social issues.

2.zoom platform
> For the Summit, we will be using the Zoom platform. We will only have one zoom meeting, which will last the entire duration of the Summit (3 days). This was made in order for participants not to get lost with several Zoom links.

3.structure
> Each presenter will have co-host permissions during their session. This allows you to share your screen, manage your presentation and use some of the Zoom features. In addition, all the sessions will also have a facilitator, so please let us know the general structure you are planning for your session, so the facilitators know if there's something specific they must do, if there's time for Q&A, etc. Please share the structure with me by **Friday, July 10th**.

4. tech review
>We want to have a 15 minute tech review with each presenter, to make sure we all feel comfortable with the platform and to show you how to use certain features. We are planning these tech reviews to happen on the 8th, 9th and 10th (this week), at different times. Please sign in for the day/time that works better for you here (you will only see 30 minutes time slots, but don't worry! we did this on purpose so we weren't so tight up with the reviews).

5. zoom features
> Zoom has several tech features that can be helpful to make the sessions more dynamic and interactive. We will list them here, so you can please tell us which features/requirements you need for your session:

- Breakout rooms: this allows you to break the session into smaller groups for discussion.

Pomin Wu is a mathematician and a computer programmer. He actively participates in g0v.tw, one of the biggest grass roots civic hacking communities in Asia-Pacific.

Ohyeon started civic hacking projects from 2012 and is re-booting [Code for Korea](https://codefor.kr) community during current COVID19 situation. He founded [Slowalk](https://slowalk.co.kr), biggest design & digital social enterprise for nonprofits & social ventures, and [Parti Co-op](https://parti.coop), democracy activists co-operative innovating democracy for everyday with digital technology.

I’m Nao Global Relationship Lead of Code for Japan, interested in technology and connecting local communities. Currently, working on developing a workshop, Tech for Non-tech with Code for Japan. Also, organizing a place for civic hackers in East Asia to meet, Facing the Ocean.
