:::danger
Need: create defi products to attract liquidity to wallets, onboard volume of community
:::
### Process
Re-engagement and Acquisition
| Goal | Metric |
| ----------------- |:----------------------- |
| Community satisfaction through community experiences| Establish customer lifetime value (CLV) |
| Funnel through a pipeline | Conversion Rate %|
| Retention | # of engagement |
### Want Created:
**Community Action**
Liquality - The wallet that is accessible for everyone, across chains, among all tokens. Liquality is on track to provide a multi-coin defi bridge for BTC. Liquality allows for token swapping within the wallet, rather having to toggle between many browsers and using Uniswap or Quickswap.
Through community design, Frothy will uncover what initaitives will drive Liquality adoption. For a wallet's sustainability, we will target initatives that allows for a high volume of liqudity and money movement.
## Where Are We Starting
- retail traders
- institutional trading
- integration partners include: Near, Polygon, 1inch
## Where do we want users to go?
- Option 1: Web3 builders
- Options 2: NFT collectors
- Option 3: Liquidity providers/participants
## How do we get there?
- Incentivize to help each other
- Moving them along the "commitment curve"
- identify and collect all the partcipants who have attended "hook" liquidty event
```
Hook liquidty event:
"participate in a token sale or liquidity pool event"
```

Move Liquality's active members into Power Members

Engage existing active members to increase volume of transacitons.

**Community Thesis V1**
**Incentive**: Ease of transaction and defi bridge
**Purpose**: Accessible wallet
**Gather**: Conduct liquidity events together
---
## Proposal
1. Increase activity and trade volume of current users
2. Create pipeline and retaining wall of new liquidity participants
:::success
Identify large liquidity events and onboard/engage
:::
Ideas:
- onboarding DAOs
- Rewards for acquisition
- consumers flow through the wallet
- B2B play, need an institutional community
- "hook" liquidity event

Design Question: **HOW CAN Liquality Wallet BE THE CHOICE OF DEFI WALLETS?**
- ***Community-first UX Design Sprint*:**
* Recruit, interview + deliver UX research into current and potential liqudity participants
* Synthesize findings and lay out community strategy
* Community Strategy ⇒ de-risk the launch
- **Community Strategy**
⇒ community distribution channels
⇒ partnerships
⇒ relationship building + cultivation
⇒ new wallet market opportunities
- **Metaverse Vibe:**
Community froth for distribution through online events / twitter spaces / discord jams
Strong metaverse presence + viral memes across main metaverse channels.
- **Memetic Desire around liquidity events**
Identify the moat to create
Get into the subculture of traders and know how their behavior is influenced by their fellow sub-group community
Creating the right context + conditions for wallet social signaling to take off
- **First users Contribution Flywheel**
How to incentivize early community to be natural ambassadors + ecosystem allies of Liquality? How to create 100 true Liquality fans in the first 30 days?
Find ways to enable collective co-creation of Liquidity events and iterate on community feedback.
- **Focus on the *fingerspitzengefühl (that 'fingertip feeling')***
Know what differentiates the different collectable personas, how they're thinking, behaving and know what will light them up.
Execute content that taps in precisely to the crypto culture that Liquality wants to appeal to.
