**What Works**: Jessica will know exactly how to plan and execute her dev advocacy responsibilities
- knows to reach out to sponsors, actively mindful on budget
- Devpost, knows which channels are relevant
- Understands tiered approach to outreach, is not just a dev but concious of marketing
- She knows how to close the hole in the funnel: Knows there are post-event logistics, super important
- Great on ops and execution
**What is Missing**: Charasma or engaging as an advocate, esp for a complex tooling
- There was no personal touch, not even 1 slide about themselves as a dev advocate
- Might not know how to bring in net-new community members
- Daniel from Digital Ocean or Patrick from Chainlink is a great example
