The Frothy team first began as the founding community strategy team for ConsenSys' token sales of 2018. Worked directly with Joe Lubin, the co-creator of Ethereum. Lead DAO operations to enable community engagement 2. Foster an organic, rich community-driven ecosystem of developers, creators, businesses, and service providers for the $RLY Network ecosystem 3. Onboard New Users 4. Right-sizing Governance ## Scope In the proposal, we’re thinking there’s 7 “reviewers” and 1 lead that drive the selection, review and approval of grants. The lead would also take charge in getting us set up on the right platform, on-boarding the reviewers, setting up any needed infrastructure or policies, and driving engagement with the community. **Deliverables:** 1. Infrastructure for Economic Distribution 2. Structure and scale infrastructure 3. Timeline to launch 4. Design Participation Incentives 5.
