**3 Month: Plan for top funnel engagement, how convert into resources internally**
* awareness aspect (currently mainly inbound - build outbound)
* targetted strategy (DevCon type) - where do the potential integrators live (crypto forums, conferences)? If don't exist, is there a series of events we host to attract those?
Feedback, scale process, create framework, OKRs, GTM Strategy

Type of Dev Advocate:
**- passionate, salesy, aka can own and ship - bc there are strategies in place/scoped already**
- not executive role/super, junior role, experienced
- B2B background
- Can get audiences/a dev that wants to build a business
- Create a program that can bring in developers that want to build a business
- Knows how to prioritize external initatives
- more of a sales person. go on roadshow, host workshops
- framework oriented but know a little bit of coding (answer basic questions that devs bulding business might ask)
- Dev advocate knows the general landscape (What if they are Web2?, OSS?)
- landscape = forums, chats, conferences, events
- help 0x stay relevant within OSS community
- PMM build strategy, Dev Advocate help execute the strategy
- PMM focused on entire funnel and action steps at each segment
- community = 0x community at large, bias towards those who will build business around 0x
- PMM focused on API - overlap of role
- continue to build relationship with integrations
- not figure out new features but make sure they saty in ecosytem, feel part of community
- this may naturally result in new developers
- dev feel engaged and part of community
- Community outreach, augment the strategies in place
- They are truly listening, if devs are top of funnel, and also what are we doing right/wrong/how we can improve and feed that back to product team

## What we're looking for in a developer Advocate
```
Expectations:
Project management and organizational skill
Main owner of dev advocacy
Can own the role and work independently
Capable of:
Create a plan around dev advocacy, vision that makes sense specifically for 0x
Execute a plan
Soft-skills:
Coordinate with integration engineer
Coordinate and understand leadership vision, capabilties, have leadership buy-in
Can establish early-on the importance of dev advocacy, must advocate and over-communicated upfront
Context:
Non-technical role has to come in and teach why a non-technical role is important
currently, the current devrel need was ID by product, community, labs,

### What is the team currently responsible for:
- After the awarness part of the funnel, 1 to many work, devrel comes next in the funnel
- Office Hours, hackathons,
- Engagement/retention part of the funnel
- being the voice of the developer, internally
- Moving Disord Qs into dev docs
- getting back to people, responding in the API channel, technical Qs
- Working with Fulvia and other engineering team that Qs are answered

- keeping tabs on projects building on 0x (you can see when an experiment turns into a real project ), the dev advocate can move them along the funnel like a pre-sales engineer
