--- tags: deals, Frothy --- # Launch House Feedback: Launch House is a community of communities and should leverage DAO infrastructures to prepare for that. Communities within Launch House will naturally arise. LH currently is the programming and physical infrastructure that allows these groups of people to gather. Launch House is building out the platform framework to amplify these communities, and therefore can create the infrastructure for DAOs to self-organize, very similar to Strider.xyz ([Venture Beat](https://venturebeat.com/2022/02/10/strider-raises-3m-to-use-blockchain-daos-to-enable-game-creators/)). While Launch House can't control how DAOs are organized, LH can capture the pipeline of cohorts of people organizing into DAOs by providing the infrastructure for DAOs to launch. The go-to-market strategy for LH is to launch their first DAO as a proof-of-concept, this will inform the product direction. By focusing on DAO infrastructure, a token can later be introduced if needed, rather than forced into the design. ### Notes from the previous session: Background Launch House is focused on leveraging DAOs to bring community funnel structures into LH's ecosystem. Concepts to explore: - monetiziable DAO model - hackhouse, buildspace - What does it mean to have DAOs, subDAOs, have a DAO themselves Objectives - How to break down various houses, communities DAO deconstruction Business-side, next paradim shift is web3 - What would a DAO look like without removing annual membership model? - Is a DAO even needed, does it make sense? - Launching, DAOs launching, working towards a collective mission Goals - Bring those communities into a DAO - no CTA for the Hackhouse - Syndicate DAO Scope - membership - services - investment Soho house sells exclusivity and status as a servce DAO or PODs sells launches, driving action
