--- tags: superlayer --- # SuperLayer DAO ## Background :::info SuperLayer is looking for someone to come in and drive the thinking for how we should approach DAOs for SuperLayer as a whole. We’re initially looking at two primary opportunities: 1) SuperLayer SPV DAO: Enabling $RLY holders to invest small amounts into the SuperLayer fund as a way to build community/excitement around the work that SuperLayer is doing. 2) SuperLayer DAO - Fund 2: Explore how we could/should create a DAO structure to house current/future SuperLayer funds, determining what role tokens, NFTs, governance play. ::: ## Objectives Getting the right DAO structure together can drive how SuperLayer best engage investors and community members to ultimately make each of the ~15 or so projects SuperLayer is building more successful. ## Scope Drive the thinking and execution of the SuperLayer DAO(s), working closely with the SuperLayer leadership team. ## Milestones Week 1: Onboarding and Initial Strategy Assessment SuperLayer shares relevant information for Sydney to map out project timeline Week 2: Finalize project timeline Week 3: Incentive Creation for DAO participants **Deliverables:** 1.
