Peer Review Checklist

1. Provide feedback on the scope of the required and stretch GitHub issues
- Is it clear what is needed to complete the story?
- Are the chosen features the highest impact for a prototype? How impactful will be in a demo?
- Are there shortcuts that they can take?
- Could the story be broken up into smaller stories?
2. Verify that the navigation allows you to accomplish the user stories
3. Verify that the schema (tables, properties, and relationships) supports the user stories
4. Review code quality
5. Review project update message to manager
