Thank you for writing in about transferring accounts.
Our games are created to be played by one user per device.
In order for devices to share coins and loyalty tier, you must log in to a social account, this could be Gmail, Apple or Facebook. When playing on as a guest, your account is stored on the device. So for example, if you were to factory reset the device you would lose all data for that account. We highly recommend you link your game to a social account for future-proofing, in case you were to upgrade to a new device.
Please note: We are unable to transfer guest account data over to new devices or to Facebook accounts.

Hi Abigail,
First, thanks for your fast reply of my question.
The situation here is that I installed this game on a new phone (let's call B phone), but I did not login to any account in game.
Then, the record in my original phone (let's call A phone) being overwritten by the record in B phone.
When I checked the name displayed in setting on B phone, it synced the name, which is originally displayed as "Guest", (and I think also synced the money) without perform any login operation by me (maybe it logged in by itself).
But the user id is not the same on A and B after it happened (I dont know whether it is original id or not).
Could you help me about my original record? It just lost.
