## Questions
* How many hours do you want to commit per week in the short term?
* Immediately 10hrs with room up to 20hrs until the end of the year
* **cloudhead**: I don't see much opportunity for 10h/week tbh, it's not enough to make a positive
impact on the issues above; it will be really hard to make it work. I'm even skeptical of 20h/week
for most of the above, though it might be possible to massage some of them to make them work.
The reason is the amount of context you will need to perform well on the above tasks; and how much
time it takes to gain that context and maintain it.
* How about in the long term? What are you looking for in the long run?
* Should my current venture fizzle out what I'm looking for is a key role on a project I believe has impact
* timeline for FT would be beginning of '24
* **cloudhead**: Ok, makes sense. I wonder if we should wait and see then.
* Shall we embark on another journey together I would expect to be second to you in seniority, the hand of the king, your first mate, your top general, tripser du jour
* which should line up with a competitive package
* salary comparable to the currently agreed contractor hours
* annual token bonus and/or performance/milestone based bonuses
* **cloudhead**: Yes I think this makes sense. Tokens is something we can likely offer via Radworks.
Salary it's not super likely I can offer more than around $200K/year. That is where our range tops off
at the moment, and I don't see that changing much unless there is an influx of cash into the project.
