--- tags: Proposals --- # Mid-Season Trade Window Proposal A fresher outlook and more integrity-oriented approach to player transfers. The idea behind the trade window is to prevent player poaching, player hoarding and to also provide a more competitive integrity. ### Proposed Structure #### 1. Trade Window 1.1. One trade window per season, lasting one week. 1.2. During the trade window the season will be put on hold. 1.3. You cannot proposition players outside of the trade window. 1.4. There is no limit on transfers during the trade window. 1.5. You cannot trade players outside of the trade window. #### 2. Free Agents 2.1. A free agent is any player who has not been rostered at any point in the current season. 2.2. There is no limit on signing free agents during the trade window. 2.3. Outside of the trade window, clubs may sign one free agent per week. #### 3. Intra-club Movement > For clubs with more than one roster. 3.1. Clubs can make unlimited intra-club roster changes during the Trade Window. 3.2. Players who have been rostered in a Major League are ineligible to play in the Minor League.
