# Project SEKAI Colorful Stage 4th Anni. Keynotes

## Preface

This note does not translated by me, instead, translator is ==flower (\@flower5)== on Discord. I only write the Preface section.

## Fortune Flower Parade


one month long, similar to the 3900s festival where you collect tokens (fortune flowers + flower petals) to trade for items, including the 4th anni costume, character rank pips, crystals, wish jewels, NEW rainbow skill scores (which can max skill with just one of these rainbow scores), and more

- this will take place in three stages, Bloom Parade (starts 9/30), Connect Parade (starts 10/11), Cheer Parade (starts 10/21)
- you can collect these flowers through mission pass, event exchange shop, stamp mission, premium mission pass, 4th anni login campaign, and gachas held during the three stages (Premium Costume gacha, Bloomfes, Happiness Package, and After Festival gacha)

## Story update

- get rewards for every 10 stories you read without fast forwarding or skipping (x1 gacha ticket) and for every 100 stories (x100 crystals)
- uncap story reading title

The gacha ticket can be used in a new Mission Gacha

## Kizuna update


- all 114 remaining pairs will be added--to note: kizuna title names, callout voices, stamps will not be added all at once, but you will be able to farm kizuna and get a title

^ these default kizunas will just be named "xx & xx Fan" with the character names, which you get at kizuna rank 5


## Rhythm game missions

Gives Mission Gacha gacha tickets for clearing and fc songs above a certain level

- 1 ticket for lvls 15-19, 2 for lvls 20-24, 3 for 25-29, and 5 for 30+

## Challenge live


- uncap to lv 150 and high score 2.5M
- can auto your challenge live (this will not be included within your daily limit of auto lives)
- if you already reached EX stage, the amount of exp you have in the gauge will be saved as is, and when you reach the end of the gauge, you will be able to uncap

^ what this means for EX stage players: Make sure to get as close to possible to finishing the EX stage gauge before 4th anni, so that your first post-4th anni challenge show will count towards challenge show Lv 101

- also you can now buy crystal pack G in bundles of 3 (31500 crystals + 1575 crystals and 750 wish pieces if you do it through the online store) and in bundles of 5 (52500 crystals + 2625 crystals and 1250 wish pieces if you do it through the online store)

## Character rank uncap


- max is lv 160
- cards (90), costumes (800), area convos (300), stamps (40), leader lives (40,000), green room dupes (900), side stories (55 for p1 and 55 for p2)

## Energy usage


- max nats is 15
- max energy is 999

The amount of event and exp you can get for playing with energy has increased: notably, x5 becomes the new meta (no loss in exp or event points), but x7 through x10 boosts doesn't see an increase in event points, just exp

## Alt vocals


- exchange for alt vocal cards in the event shop + in the regular exchange shop will be half price
- you will get two alt vocal cards for attending a birthday live
- you will get two alt vocal cards each time you originally get only one vocal cards through character rank rankups
- Beginners set B in the shop will give twice as many alt vocal cards
- trading for solo alts will now cost 2 alt vocal cards, while duo alts will remain the same (1 alt vocal card per each character)

## Event bonus


- for events that run during fes, the fes cards that appeared on the same gacha will also give the same amount of event bonus as event cards

^ for example, bloomfes Rin and bloomfes Rui will give 70% event bonus, same as Nene/Shiho/Airi/Toya's event cards for Nenemix3 (4th anni event)

## Other Updates



- tutorial rewards will be increased (for those that already completed the tutorial in the past, the updated difference in rewards will be gifted--this includes music cards, intermediate practice scores, miracle gems, and regular gems + pieces)
- lim gacha tickets can be exchanged for 50 wish pieces
- When on the character rank screen, you can now collect pips for an entire unit all at once
- All event and side stories will have fully voices supporting characters (this will be slowly added, so don't expect it to happen all at once)
- You can now see bonus missions on the event page
- You will no longer be demoted in class when you lose in rank match (If I'm understanding this correctly, you can't be demoted Gold -> Silver for example, but you can still be demoted within the class Gold 3 -> Gold 2 for example)
- virtual lives will be held every hour
- bug fixes during connect live + reduced motion for easier viewing (takes less data)
- Reducing to 3 limited gacha reruns per month to just 2 (one is the regular rerunning 1 year later gacha and one is random as opposed to 2 randoms)
- Happy birthday/anniversary gacha: only the gacha for the current year will run, with previous year birthday gachas rerunning separately

Speaking of birthdays, the 2025 birthday/anniversary virtual lives will reward you with a character stamp for joining

## My Sekai

- new in-game content that's pretty much animal crossing--you can collect materials to build furniture, decorate your own house using custom profile features like the cards you own/collection box figures and badges, etc.. play with up to 10 friends, visit friends' houses, interact with pjsk characters, and more
- features a location where you can trade materials for another (for example, cute pieces into cute charms, thread into cloth and vice versa, a mix of miracle gems and music cards for alt vocal cards etc.)

^ this costs coins to trade, and will take some time (you can use crystals to speed up the exchange process)

^ 4* guaranteed gacha tickets x5 for all new players; all alt vocals on the yt channel for a limited time + gifting 2 alt vocals per character; 3 in-game gifts to be decided by pjsk users (you can vote for what will be added on a poll that runs 9/28~9/30); follow and retweet certain posts on twitter to get a chance of winning cash prizes or items (includes a hand-drawn illustration by the illustration team, a GoPro, headphones, Roomba, telescope, coffee maker, and Piapro Superpack(!!))--make sure to follow and retweet by eod 10/4 jst


- 4th anni login campaign (includes 5k crystals, 70 free pulls, 50 flower petals, and 10 large energy boosts)
- three phases of 4th anni stamp missions (one runs during each phase of the Fortune Flower Parade), which reward you with flower petals (as mentioned earlier, these flower petals can be traded for items)

## Gachas


- Special Prize gacha (2x 4* rate, gives prizes like wish pieces and gacha tickets for the pulls that you do, and you can pull up to 100 times)

^ includes a reward of x100 gacha tickets that can only be used on 4th anni bloomfes--currently unknown if this reward is only given if you do 100x paid pulls on this gacha (more likely), or if you can get this with 100x free pulls but either way it's sounding pretty broken ^^

- Mission Gacha, which can be pulled using Mission Gacha tickets from clearing and fcing songs + reading stories


- Premium costume gachas for each unit--each oc gacha will have a guaranteed 4* and costume + fortune flower, while the vs gacha will offer a guaranteed 4* + a fortune flower and 3 wish jewels instead of a costume
- Limited select gacha
- Memorial select gacha--if you choose to trade for a card that you already have, it will come with a character rank pip + wish jewel + advanced skill score(s?) + advanced practice score(s?)


- Bloomfes dreampick (6 new gacha cards + 2 cards you choose to rate up)--these 2 cards will likely be non-lim cards (up to and including Reeling in the Lights/Mafu5) + fes cards (up to and including 3rd anni Kaito and Meiko)

^ bloomfes characters are Rui and Rin while event characters are Nene (banner), Shiho, Airi, and Toya

- Happiness Package

Speaking of 4th anni event, the banner is called With Feelings: Dream Stage (event lineup confirmed to have Nene (banner), Shiho, Airi, and Toya, with speculated Ena for the 3*)

## Connect live


- 4th anni connect live: Brilliant Stage <- comes with goods if you buy a ticket in-game, and there will be a collection box gacha
- Digest video of 1st/2nd/3rd SEKAI lives will be livestreamed on 10/5 at 6pm on the yt channel, but will not be posted afterwards

- 4th anni shop sets will continue to be offered post-anniversary
