First, he gives a warning about unofficial apps that use game data unlawfully:
Until now, they have not made an official statement towards these types of apps
But going forward, they will be treated as violating Project Sekai licensing

Penalties will be taken towards people who make or use such apps starting 5/5 (past use before this date will not be penalized)
If any concrete evidence of use of these apps, such as screen recordings on social media of playing these apps, the penalty will be enacted

What the penalty entails: players that are found to have violated these rules can not be invited to any official pjsk events such as livestreams, promotional events, or competitions
As such, this is mostly aimed at people aiming to enter the PJSK Championship, not the casual player

Livestream at May 1, 20:00 (JST), on Yashiro Kizuku's YouTube channel featuring him and Eli Conifer revolving around playing custom charts with the new feature

During last livestream, a whole list of individuals who will be creating custom charts were announced. The 25 Championship contestants who were asked to create charts are now being announced

High Difficulty chart challenge: Livestreaming on official YouTube channel, at May 2, 20:00 JST. Previous championship players (HPS, Kai, Kan, matezon, Re) will be playing high difficulty custom tracks in a livestreamed exhibition match

Guidelines to keep in mind:
- please avoid completely copying other player's custom charts
- please avoid recreating other games' (that do not allow secondary use) charts
