# Side Story: Conservation of Magic

## Phase One

- Pursuit of Knowledge
- 將 [Unidentified Lodestone](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Unidentified_Lodestone) 交給 [Ela Makkay](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Magister_Ela_Makkay) 。
- Hold the Line
- 不讓任何 Accumulated Ley-line Magic 被 Dragon Minions 吸收。（以下以 Dragon Minions 事件簡稱）
- Ley-Line Cartography
- 完成 3 張地圖 Dragon Minions 事件。
- Blazeridge Steppes
- Snowden Drifts
- Mount Maelstrom
- Magic Dispersed
- 擊殺 5 次 Dragon Minions 事件結束後會出現的 Coalescences 。

## Phase Two

- Out of the Wrong Hands
- 幫助任一方陣營，阻止 Inquest 捕獲 Coalescences 共計 10 次。
- Thwart the Inquest
- 不讓 Inquest 方取得任何 1 個 Ley-line magic。
- Ley-Line Research
- 蒐集 30 個 Ley Energy 給 Priory 陣營。
- Ley-line “Research”
- 蒐集 30 個 Ley Energy 給 Consortium 陣營。

## Phase Three

幫助我方陣營阻止 Inquest 捕獲 Coalescences 各三次，以下將會以爭奪戰代稱此事件。

每張地圖大約都是間隔 15 mins，當 NPC 頭上出現黃色圈圈的時候，就代表該地圖的事件即將開始，地圖上即將隨機出現一至三個事件，事件開始之前雙方陣營會先動身前往地點，他們到達的時候才會出現事件。

Priory 和 Consortium 有可能會選在同一個地點，發生三方爭奪的情況（第三方為 Inquest），玩家可以自由選擇要把地上的 ley-line magic 拿去給哪一方。

儘管友方陣營有兩種，但事件完成後只會有其中一方會成功；也就是說，如果有人正在跟你搶成就的話，你的手腳就要快一點。

每張地圖都有三個可能的事件地點，同一個地點每一次都有可能出現不同的事件，可能是一般事件，也可能是爭奪戰，這取決於是否有 NPC 前往，因為陣營都會預先知道哪邊會出現 Coalescences ，並且和 Inquest 展開爭奪戰。

每次事件最少會有一個地點出現事件，該地點當然就會發生三方爭奪戰；如果有兩個地點出現事件的話，就要看友軍陣營的判斷；只有其中一地發生三方爭奪戰，或是兩個地點都分別與 Inquest 發生爭奪戰，都是有可能的。

由此可知，知道各陣營的 NPC 的休憩處很重要，通常都在那邊等著事件開始。
