#FAQ

* Q: What files are supported?
A: PNG or JPG are recommended for upload. The larger the file is, the longer the response time is.

* Q: Can everything be detected?
A: If the AI can not find the clear object in the photo, also means it can not find the foreground, the system will show the message. Don't worry, it would not require the credits.

* Q: What if I am unsatisfied with the outputs?
A: We are always optimizing our algorithm. ShowHue works well for photos of products, apparel, bags, and food, but there are still some challenges.
When you are dissatisfied with the outputs, please contact us, you will get the credits or refund within 14 days.

## Shopify API features

### Shopify Insert Images from shop
***Required an account first***
***Required connecting to shopify shop first***

1. Sign in your account then direct to "Create" page
2. Click "Insert" dropbox and select "shopify"


3. Select images you want to create
- Empty if shop is empty (You can upload image from your local)
- Click on checkbox to Select Product, then select your images by checking checkbox
- Click Select[\<NUMBER-OF-IMAGES>] to insert



4. Select create type on the right "Create" dropbox


5. Click the Dropbox Again to AI. generate your product


6. Click on "Save" to save image to your product gallery


### Shopify Upload Images to shop

1. Sign in your account then direct to "Create" page
2. Click on "Upload" on the left Menu then direct to "Upload" page
3. Select your upload product by clicking "Manage" on the top-right menu in the product card


4. Check "Shopify" checkbox to upload product to shopify shop
5. Click on "Upload" to start upload


6. If upload complete, product images will be upload to shopify shop folder
