### Read the following information.

You recently made reservations for dinner at a very famous and expensive restaurant in town. However, the meal and the service were terrible. The restaurant manager was not available to solve the problem, so you left without a resolution.

### Write an email to the restaurant's manager in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

State what problems you had with the food you ordered.
Complain about the service.
Describe how you want the restaurant to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Hi Kevin,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing here to complain about the experience we had at Kinjo Sushi Restaurant last Saturday.

First of all, I ordered a sushi combo without any spicy sauce, because one of my friends is allergic to it. The plate came with spicy sauce and even insdie the rolls are spicy too. There is no way to have replacement due to the restaurant is in rush hour, we have to order again for the extra food.

Secondly, when I proposed these questions to the server, she just didn't care about all of the questions and tried to ignore us until then end of our diner. we didn't even get any water refill or any other service during the whole night.

I strongly suggested we should get our money back for the whole refund not only because the ignorance of the server, but also not getting the proper food as expected.

Your response would be really important to us and to the restaurant.

City Development Survey

You live in a small town of 10,000 people. A large green area in the centre of town is undeveloped. The city has sent out an opinion survey to see what residents would like to have built in that area.

### Choose the option that you prefer. Why do you prefer your choice? Explain the reasons for your choice. Write about 150-200 words.

- Option A: Shopping Complex: This shopping mall would include restaurants, a large supermarket, and a movie theatre.

- Option B: Recreational Park: This park would include a sports complex, a large green area, and a small petting zoo.

To whom it may concern,

I hope you are doing well!

It's really nice to hear that city hall decided to develop the large green area in the center of town, so excited to see the result! As part of the habitant in this city, I would like to express my opinion and why I choose the option B to have a recreational park.

First of all, having a sports complex is really good to maintain not only mentally but also physically health for everyone in the city.

Secondly, it's really important we need more spaces with these green areas. The more green areas we have, the more places the family could go. It helps not only the appearance of the whole city, but also improve the relationship of families.

Finally, we already have a shopping mall nearby which can satisfy every aspects of our needs in the daily life including restaurant, movie theater and supermarket in a 30 minutes driving. The local supermarkets nearby support the whole city for over a decade.

With those reasons, I am the person who suggests to take option B for the city development survey.
