Dear Alan,

I hope this email finds you well! I am thrilled to see the advertisement for the upcoming tennis course in a cafe. The experience and guidance you will provide are truly appealing.

Regrettably, I must mention two issues before the course starts. Last week, I was assigned to an unexpected job with a business trip to Japan.

In addition, I am in the process of renewing the insurance which takes at least two weeks for me to stay in Japan. I find myself unable to complete the full duration of the course.

Understanding the complexities involved, I would like to inquire about the possibility of a refund for the remaining two courses that I will be unable to attend at the end of May.

I appreciate the opportunity to be part of your tennis course and hope we could find a solution for these unexpected situations.
