Dear DHL Delivery Company,
I am writing this email to complain about the late delivery to New York.
The package is an iPhone 15 Max for my brother, and I want to surprise him and hope he could get it before his birthday. The reason why I chose DHL is because I thought DHL is reliable. The package was sent in August 20 from Montreal to New York and the representative promised that it will arrive in three days. However, the parcel is still in delivery after two weeks. After the countless calls and emails with a customer service representative named Emily in 10 days, there is still no updated news about the condition.
The unknown delivery condition and the bad customer service drives me on the wall. I strongly suggest that I should get a complete refund and DHL should return the package to Montreal by free delivery fee. I expect to receive the package no later than 3 days, please respond this email in 48 hours or I should report this issue to your manager if needed.
