# General Grant Proposal - Mach34 x PSE

This proposal is to have members from Mach34 support PSE's various development activities.

### Project Details

## zk-words/Grapevine
Experiement intitated by Barry using Nova & folding scheme to create social graph so that we can have a sandbox to build applications on top of this experiement.

Ongoing needs are:
* Continue iterate the cryptography approach
* Backend implementation & enhancement
* Frontend support when needed

## IOU
A decenteralized credit system that leverage current Turkey's ecomnomic using snark.js and folding scheme.

Ongoing needs (possible, on demand only):
- Research PCD approach
- Writing circuit
- Building initial version

## Misc projects
The following projects require light help from members in Mach34, it's requested but not fully defined.
- Jubmoji (approx. of 80 hours works)
- TLSN (Conversation has been initiated but not yet finalized for specific requirement)
- Channel 4 (will pivot to different use case of State Channel)

Mach34's involvement would extend beyond code review and development. Team members are also expected to actively contribute to ideation, ensuring holistic engagement with PSE's projects.

**Approach to Prioritization**
Given the fluid and diverse nature of our projects, prioritization will adapt to immediate needs and opportunities. While two projects are currently on solid tracks, others are under exploratory stages.

**Flexibility over Rigidity**
Instead of adhering to a rigid set of predefined roadmap items, we'll employ a more dynamic approach. The roadmap will be structured around committed hours, allowing for the flexibility needed to adapt to changing priorities and emerging challenges.
