**Backend**
- Download and save the final transcript

- Backup and save all the keys
- Q: do we need all the keys?
- due: dec/13 - Chance upload to key.unirep.io
- Shut down the backend so no more new contribution, Add an `endAt` time after which no users may queue and no contributions will be accepted

- put up a thank you note when ceremony is closed. remove the contribution btn, routes, and add the CTA to view all contributions.
