### Overview

This proposal is to onboard the front-end engineer to help on PSE communication related projects, such as PSE website, learning courses & other projects in near future. The front-end engineer will collaborate & work closely with design and communitcation team in all aspects and the proposal is break down to multiple phases, with the PSE website as the main projects at this given time.

**About PSE website:**
Our website serve as the information hub about everything we do in the team, from projects, resources to community engagment. The website requires constant iteration and improvements, which covers the basis of scalable projects library, open issues from our repository for public to contribute, multi-language support and other funcationlity.

**About learning courses**
Communication team has develop a cohesive material for non-tech audience to learn zero-knowledge. The material is developed by Kichong, which require a development planing and developement to ship the first public version. Noted, this learning course is intent to have community collaboration in the future which also require planning and strategic thinking.

**Other projects**
Communication and design team has huge responsibility to support and gain exposure for all our projects. This proposal might require priority shifting when the huge event is approaching, for ex: devconnect. The front-end develper will need to work closely with the team to support related activities.
