# Partnership: Disco Solaris x ADAO ## Introduction ### Disco Solaris Disco Solaris is a Cardano NFT community located on the planet Moebius-9 within the precincts of Neo Miami, an irreverant 80s retrotopia. Discoin is a community-driven asset that will function as the means of common exchange by the people of Neo Miami and those wishing to trade with them. Discoin will enable the Neo Miami economy to be a thriving marketplace of activity for the people of Neo Miami. ### ADAO ADAO is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that offers support for DAOs in the form of open-source tooling and educational material for individuals, communities and organizations in the Cardano ecosystem. ## Partnership Aligned by a common vision, in support of self-governance and open source tooling and educational material, Disco Solaris and ADAO join together as partners for the mutual benefit of the Cardano community. The development and modeling of the Disco Solaris community tools and governance provide valuable information for ADAO and the Cardano community, most specifically focused on the methodology to be applied for the Community Fund. Disco Solaris needs the tools and the support to continue growth and development. ADAO and Disco Solaris enter into a reciprocal partnership: - Disco Solaris to provide - experimental data for the design of tools, models, and educational material - consulting and analysis relating to the implementation and functioning of ADAO's offering in actual community use - representation at ADAO weekly meetings, namely, the ADAO Governenace meetings and the Educational Workgroup meetings - ADAO to provide - technical and strategic consulting services to Disco Solaris for the development of tooling and processes that support the long-term viability and success of the Disco Solaris community - an open-source Community/Organization (DAO) Management toolkit for the Cardano ecosystem. - consultations with Disco Solaris on a weekly basis as needed or requested in service of the common vision ### Transfer Disco Solaris will deposit 18 Disco Solaris PFP NFTs into the ADAO Treasury as a token of this parnership. These 18 PFP NFTs will be eligible to claim 57777 Discoin each, for a total of 1,039,986 Discoin, which may then be staked. ADAO may then use these PFPs for participation in Neo Miami community economic and civic activity. This is intended as a grant of stake to ADAO in Disco Solaris. ADAO will sign a memorandum of understanding that will be deposited into the Treasury of Neo Miami. In this way we represent the relationship between the People of Neo Miami and ADAO. ## Additional Documentation ADAO and Disco Solaris will agree to the particulars of the work that will be done via a memorandum of understanding.
