- How to plan/create a triaged list
## What to do with alvin/agave
- How do we approach handling the situation?
- Do we give them the option of using the fix we will have for Shweatpants? Since it is the exact same fix needed.
- We can "wash our hands" like Pontius Pilote if we deliver a fix for them, whether they ask for it or not.
- Its not just Agave, we want the Agave community happy.
- We should write a proposal about how much funds we have, what it would cost us.
- We should spirit bomb first, then alvin mea culpa second
- What verbage should we adopt as a community in response to FUD from agave/alvin community?
- Should we stay silent or adopt a unified approach?
- We can say what is definetely true, that we are refunding Shweatpants.
- Other than the we should stay quiet about the other plans while they solidify.
