Core Objectives:
- Create loyalty with core client base
- Aim for that to withstand upcoming market changes (1 year…)
- Focus on emphasising the communal / value added aspect
- Extend this beyond the in-store experience, to a digital space
- Integrate a level of gamification or engagement
- Retain relevance and compete with the corporate competitors (looking to open 7th store, significant funding)
- Rewards programme that incentivises retention
- Current feedback loop is distilled
### Very rough user story
1. Scan qr, takes you to landing page
2. Input your email
3. Customer is now in database
4. User rewarded when they complete profile
5. User claims nft thru landing page
6. Gamify the nft/rewards for stickiness

1. Outline components and considerations
2. Get better idea of size/scope and ironing out deliverables

#### Things to Focus on
1. Timeline for client
2. What is needed from the client
3. managing deliverables and schedules
4. Propsing a budget: Give a range in each part of the stage. Based on the feedback, an appropriate team can be constructed.
#### Research Stage
1. What is the store, what challenges do they face, what are they trying to gain.
2. Profile the customers, what are the pain points, how can we add value?
3. This aligns the biz owner and client
#### Design Stage
1. Study at the brand positioning
2. Build wireframes, lo-fidelity work
3. Sign off
4. Build phase, coding and building
#### User Testing Stage
1. Small pool of users, find whats not working, fix before launch
#### Launch Stage
1. Identify supporting collatorel campaigns
2. Marketing/Advertising/Kicking off the app
3. This could be an opportunity to source local artists and talent to create a community feel around the campaign.
4. The core messaging here is the Community is valuable, the store represents the community and is there for the community.
5. Wide objective: inclusivity, community, allegiance and loyalty.
