* 類型：雅房，約 4 坪
* 租金：每月 14,500。水電瓦斯網路直接收帳單拆帳，外加社區管理費 1177。(押金二個月)
* 優點：房間有無建築遮蔽之對外窗，採光極佳。
* 缺點：二樓距離下面馬路與公車站較近，白天可能比較吵（但有氣密窗，且一樓有挑高，因此實際高度只比捷運軌道略低一點）。白天噪音峰值約 <50 dB，大概是一般辦公室附近沒人講話時的感覺。

- Type: room only, ~9.705 m²
- 14,500 rent + 1,177 management fee per month. (deposit 29,000)
- Utility and internet fee split equally among 4 flatmates.
- Pros: Garden view and great natural light.
- Cons: Near bus station, might hear noise durning daytime, but it's not louder than in a office.
