# Speaker Schedule Confirmation Template

If you have a conflict with the scheduled time, please let me know when you are available and we will work to adjust the draft. We are working on setting up a website for the Summit. Please send the following for promotion of your participation on the page:
- A short description for your session (1-2 sentences is perfect!)
- Your preferred social media profile or website
- A head shot or representative illustration

We are working on setting up a website for the Summit, which will hold the schedule, the speaker line up, as well as additional information about the event. I will share that and any other promotional materials as we have them available. We will also share a speaker guide with you once we get closer to the event.
