- Optimization: starting/stopping stream for each session.
- Creating guides on how to join element could make it less intimidating for users.
- Element Desktop client was best experience, but not accessible for everyone (eg office networks where it's blocked, mobile client confusing)
- Should we add a "Element mobile" option? should add how to view widgets in mobile to any guides that we make

- To expand: maybe break it up, 2 weeks, 2 days per week or smtg like that
- Structured networking... for folks for whom unstructured chat isn't enough and social games not enough.
- Maybe have slots people could sign up for like a BOF, speed dating slots, do a quick intro to introduce
- WorkAdventure? Eg Fedora museum. They have pre-set available maps, we could make a speed networking session map, and there would be a path set up.
- Trading cards? Pre-submit a LinkedIn profile or something, turn into a session where you make a trading card for yourself. Have pre-built assests to do. Essentially a virtual business card.
- Use some kind of open source alt to miro board to let people submit their tradiing cards to be matched up (Whiteboard?)
- Have a separate channel for networking in Matrix?
