# CentOS Connect 2025 Staffing

* There will be a volunteers meeting Wednesday evening.

## Jobs

* Shaun will emcee and run the live stream.

* Registration: Sit at the registration desk and welcome people. Ask their names and check them in on the check-in list. If they are unregistered, have them register with our walk-in registration link. Hand out badge and shirt.

* Mic runner: Run the mic around when there are questions.

* Stream moderator: Keep your eye on the live stream on your own laptop or tablet. Deal with (or escalate) bad conduct (hasn't happened yet, fingers crossed). Tell Shaun if the stream is wonky, or if he forgets to change the feed. Relay online questions to speaker during Q+A.
