# Group processes hour
# Meeting purpose and structure
**Scope for this meeting:** "freshening up the glue that holds our group together". Refining and reflecting on the meeting processes, documentation, infrastructure that make our group run. This meeting time is to (1) hold some time to work on important but non-urgent tasks (e.g updating the group procedures book) and (2) have a time for group discussion about updates to procedures or group resources that would affect the whole group.
**Specifically not in scope for this meeting:** Public-facing website; public outreach; project-specific tasks and troubleshooting;
## Structure - Discussion
Pick and discuss a topic that requires input from entire group. Make sure to take thorough notes.
## Structure - Co-working
* up to 5 minutes: review tasks
* 10-15 minutes: relevant dicussion - or longer if dicussion is required
* 40 minutes: work on tasks
* 5 minutes: check back in and sign off
## Tasks to cover:
* Review issues tagged group procedures
* Review issues and PRs in the [group procedures book repo](https://github.com/cct-datascience/group-procedures) and group [.github repo](https://github.com/cct-datascience/.github)
* Organize the Google Drive
* Migrate all relevant docs to CCT GDrive
* Review sprint review process (including board visualizations)
* Make changes to incubator or project processes
* Fix broken links in group procedures book
