## Questions
1. Do you feel like you have the resources you need to take ownership (with our continued support)?
- Workshops have helped (e.g. {targets} workshop)
3. Do you feel we met the objectives of the proposal?
- Checking that stations all were reporting data didn't happen
- Part of the success was that we pressed for details on application and deliverables
- Meetings with 2 CCT people were valuable because of another creative mind to help get around stumbling blocks
5. How was the timeline? Longer than expected? Shorter than expected?
- expectations were set early on, wasn't too long
7. How did it go?
*in the proposal phase...*
- What went well (proposal phase, work phase, handoff phase)?
- push to be more specific about deliverables was beneficial (project was totally clearly defined)
- What didn't go well?
- Suggestions of things to change or improve?
*in the work phase...*
- What went well?
- Beign part of GitHub repo, getting email notifications helped keep up with progress. Could check out commits and PRs to learn more.
- Regular meetings every two weeks was good pace
- What didn't go well?
- More of Jeremy coding would have put him in a better position to take ownership.
- The user-facing part could have been up and running earlier on so Eric could get feedback from Jeremy
- Suggestions of things to change or improve?
*in the wrapup phase...*
- What went well?
- This meeting
- Nice to have time to reflect on all the work we've done and learn something from it
- Expectation for handoff was set early on
- What didn't go well?
- Transfering ownership of GH repo should happen at a meeting where Jeremy could share screen, ideally before this meeting.
- Suggestions of things to change or improve?
5. Is it ok to share the R package and/or the Shiny app on our blog, Twitter, or newsletter?
- Jeremy will write something for Extension Bulletin (a peer-reviewed journal) later in March
- Wait to announce `azmetr` until Extension Bulletin is published so we can link to it
7. What's the next step for funding continued work? What is the timeframe?
- Need to come up with scope of work proposal, Jeremy and Eric will brainstorm next steps in a few weeks.
- Eric will discuss with Kristina and the team the details of funding continued work
- Eric will follow up with Jeremy at the end of March/beginning of April.
