# Dev Guild Proposal for Allo Ecosystem Stewardship

## TL;DR
The Dev Guild proposes to continue stewarding the Allo ecosystem by facilitating coordination, activating the builder community, supporting integration efforts, and amplifying real-world use cases of the Allo Protocol. We've been organically fulfilling this role through community calls, workshops, partnership onboarding, and sensemaking activities. This proposal aims to formalize and deepen that role over the next 3 months.

## Our Mission
To cultivate coherence, increase Total Value Flow (TVF), and grow the Allo ecosystem by:

- Supporting capital allocators and builders through coordination and activation.
- Fostering cross-project learning and sensemaking.
- Experimenting with interoperable primitives and tools.
- Amplifying narratives and surfacing real use cases.

## What We've Done So Far
- Hosted 4+ open workshops on Allo mechanics and use cases.
- Onboarded dozens of Allo Builders through a dedicated telegram group - Allo Aliance.
- Helped curate and activate key Allo use cases (GrantShips, Gardens, Cookie Jar).
- Created documentation, visual storytelling, and ecosystem diagrams.
- Developed partnerships with initiatives like Impact Miner, Hypercerts, and Karma GAP.
- Supported Allo Capital with prompt development, through governance, and community engagement.

## Goals for This Cycle (Next 3 Months)

### 1. Ecosystem Stewardship & Community Activation
- Host bi-weekly coordination calls (public and targeted).
- Offer onboarding and async support in Telegram and on Forum.
- Identify and amplify emerging Allo use cases.

### 2. Narrative, Documentation & Forum Presence
- Publish biweekly ecosystem summaries.
- Write in-depth case studies (e.g. GreenPill, Cookie Jar Raid).
- Maintain and expand Allo ecosystem maps and visual storytelling.

### 3. Partnership Support
- Help new projects prototype with Allo (Regenerative, DAOs, Mutual Aid, etc).
- Interface with adjacent ecosystems (Hypercerts, Gitcoin, Impact Evaluators).
- Support experimental use of Allo modules like Grants, Milestones, Streams.

### 4. Research Activation (Cookie Jar Raids & Beyond)
- Help ratify and facilitate strategic research prompts.
- Support coordination and curation of proposals via Forum and Gardens v2.
- Amplify and make research legible to the broader ecosystem.

### 5. Integrations & Technical Prototyping
- Support light integration experiments with Allo:
- Reputation/attestation tools (EAS, Guild.xyz)
- Metrics & visualization (Dune, Flipside)
- Impact verification (Hypercerts, Impact Miner)
- Collect feedback from builders and generate feature proposals.
