- a few more protocols should become public soon (currently only UKB)
- discussion (for later) about DOI's: zenodo, one of the arxivs, ORA, etc.

- what to call it? database vs repository
- use "database" for the actual MR protocols website
- [ ] Update this in existing documentation and community website, ensuring "mr protocols".
- use "repository" for github/gitlab repos
## 2. Co-working plan
- Review existing materials and provide feeback.

- Use cases feedback
- Add protocols db to MRI grad program
- Speak to Nancy about adding to dform SOP type docs (e.g. project request form)
- Internal guide: add short bullet list for change log
- Internal sharing - maybe flesh out some more once people are using it
- Think about awareness raising, personal contacts. Include in laucnh comms - "are you writing a paper now...?"
- Include in WIN Monday message (maybe several times / periodically?)
- Add to official open access guidelines . Maybe add to [FAQ](https://sharepoint.nexus.ox.ac.uk/sites/NDCN/FMRIB/SitePages/WIN%20Open%20Access%20Publishing.aspx).
- Radiographer training session to get them to talk about it.
- Recording some short videos of how to use.
- Agree responsibilities for outstanding documentation.

- Agree timeline for review.
- 3 weeks to deadline
