Introduction
---
The wallet is an important part of the blockchain. They like to help end users enter the blockchain world. Casper is a growing blockchain, and we have not yet seen a Casper-specific wallet (except Casper Signer).

Seeing this opportunity, we want to develop a secure wallet for Casper, which can help users easily manage their assets and link to other projects in the Casper ecosystem.

Features

### Dashboard
This is the homepage of Casper Dash. You can see your CSPR balance and CSPR transaction history. CSPR price charts are also provided to help track the prices.


You can send or receive CSPR here as well.


### Tokens
In addition to CSPR, there are many tokens from the Casper ecosystem's project.

On this tab, you can manage all the assets. If your tokens are not here, they can be added through the contract hash.

We will follow the projects in Casper to update the token list and integrate our dashboard with their smart contracts. We also allow project owners to submit their tokens for listing in the wallet.


### History
Under this History tab, user can see all the transfers transaction happened in their wallet. There are three kinds of transactions status pending, success and failure.


### Keys Manager
Permission is a key feature of the Casper blockchain, which makes Casper different from other blockchains. On this page, you can see your account permission information, such as account weight and operation threshold. You can also edit them or add new association keys.

At the moment, the user cannot edit the associated key, we need time to improve the keys manager contract and follow the Casper core (if there are any updates) to make it more convenient to update the keys manager.


### NFTs
Besides Fungible tokens, NFT the most popular asset at the moment. We will have a tab to manage NFTs.


### Staking

Want to earn commission by staking? Let's go to the Staking tab. You can delegate your CSPR and other tokens to the validators. Obviously, you can see the rewards day by day in Casperdash.


### Account management (under development)
Currently, we’re using Casper Singer to sign the transactions. Once we have developed a dependent wallet, you can create a new account, manage their private/public keys, and provide methods that help external sites connect and sign the transaction.

#### Q4/2021
##### Casper Hackathon
- At the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2021, we heard about the Casper hackathon, which is a great opportunity for us to join the Casper ecosystem.
- We started brainstorming on this idea and found that the Casper blockchain lacks a wallet, we decided to build a wallet as our first Casper project.
- The hackathon's prizes and grants can help us build up a solid team and infrastructure that speeds up the project development.
##### Middle of Q4
- We will release the beta version running on the testnet and listen to community feedback.
- Wallet extensions are the most promising features we want to develop that will help users simply and easily connect to the Casper network.
- The community is a core value of either centralized or decentralized applications. We strongly focus on developing the community from the first step to attract more users to use CasperDash and the Casper blockchain.

- We will release a stable version working on mainnet with features:

### Q1/2022
- In this quarter, we will focus on the mobile wallet application and plan to release a beta version in the middle of the first quarter.
- We will release a version for iOS devices at the end of the first quarter and an Android version after that.
### Q2-Q3/2022
- Defi is the most important part of any ecosystem. At this time, we hope that the Casper ecosystem has many Dapps which is working well on mainnet. In addition to the main functions of the wallet, we also want to integrate with other DApps or develop some de-fi functions by ourselves, such as token swap, liquidity pools.

### Architecture

#### APIs

Web server is implemented in [Express.js](https://expressjs.com/). It allows us to create a read-only data pipeline for clients.

Having multiple Web Servers helps to scale horizontally by serving equally the incoming traffic among instances.

#### Client

React web app provides the user a simple and convenient dashboard to explore the blocks and manipulate the wallets.
