A Project account is a smart account (ERC4337).
Modules can be added to create special functionality:
- Add/remove team members
- Update metadata (project name, description etc)
- Payment Splitter - splits incoming grants among team members

Can receive NFTs and Attestations for proof of participation in hackathons for example.

Allo Strategies can detect if a recipient has a Project Account and do certain checks for requirements.

Possible to see how funds are allocated to the project's team members.
