- Meeting Minutes
- Update on diSPIM run
- Started running software for a full run yesterday
- Identified a bug
- TIF files are empty unless during acquisition we need to pull camera on how many frames are acquired
- Nathan has a fix
- All tests w/ multiple files (works in small, simple test script)
- Good news: Additional functionality to UI
- Stage positioning added to GUI
- Two view data is possible; cameras are aligned
- Adam speaking on Acquire effort at Imaging Program meeting confirmed
- Tuesday, 11/22, @11am PST
- [Demo metadata API](https://github.com/calliphlox/cpx/pull/71)
- PR currently in CPX, but it's ready to go and will be pushed to CPX-Python today
- Folder structure should already eist and have write access (consistent behavior with how TIFs are currently written)
- If filename already exists, it will overwrite the old file (this can be changed)
- Requirement for EOY to “enable downstream processessing”
- convert TIFs and stitch via pipeline
- Nathan's current design would allow downstream processing
- Next generation would take advantage of a file format other than TIF so that the stitching step can be skipped
- Data sharing/Storage at the Biohub
- Nathan would love to visualize Adam's data in napari (and put effort in to make this happen)
- Loic's lab is also interested in the data
- AIND data will be kept on AWS, but won't stay long
- [ ] Adam will sync with David on how to best go about this
