1. Briefly tell us about yourself, where you are, what you are doing, and briefly highlight the pathway you took to get to where you are.
2. For those working, do you feel that the training you received in Kenya was sufficient, or did you require on the job training?
3. For those working and yet to start with a PhD. Most people would choose to go straight to the PhD program. What was your motivation or what informed your decision?
4. What are some of the lessons, culture shocks, work ethics differences, etc., that have you experienced?
5. For those keen on exploring opportunities for study or work outside the country, how would you advise them? What should they do to be prepared?
6. How can they identify opportunities? How should they prepare: interviews, etc.
