# Search engine. The system book
### Sprint 3 - Group 4
1. Task Assigned:
a. System requirement
2. Format chosen:
a. Markdown (i.e. via hackmd.io)
### Advantages
1. Formatting rules are simple and intuitive.
2. Everyone is able to collaborate in real-time on hackmd.io.
3. Easy to export to other formats such as PDF.
4. Natural language fits very well to write the system book. This is also taken as a default requirement for the book in the Prof. Meyer's book on requirements.
### Disadvantages
1. You cannot really write a book with Markdown because it does not allow to create page splits. This is only achievable by means of other tools such as PDF editors
2. It is too basic and does not allow much flexibility in terms of choosing fonts, paragraph spacing, etc.
## Sprint 3 Retrospective
### What went well
1. Tasks were eventually split, and the cohort kept on functioning despite the communication difficulties.
### What went wrong
1. Tasks were not delivered to all of the cohort participants effectively. For example, there was no textual explanation of what each group has to do to contribute to the cohort's deliverable. Instead, all of the tasks were explained verbally only.
### What can be improved
1. Tasks formulation and management.
2. Communication via text files or task management platforms.
