## Proposed approach:

Each land, depending on rarity, has a certain chance to roll a certain number of diverse resources. It is not known which ones. This chance is called Resource Diversity.

Each land, depending on rarity has Minimum Abundance. Minimum abundance is the minimum quantity of at least one resource type for that land rarity. This mean that if you purchase an Epic piece of land, while not all resources will be of 3 Presence (Rich), you are guaranteed to have at least once piece that is.

- RD1: "When fully Surveyed, the land will have 1 to 2 diverse resource types."
- RD2: "When fully Surveyed, the land will have 1 to 3 diverse resource types."
- RD3: "When fully Surveyed, the land will have 1 to 4 diverse resource types."
- RD4: "When fully Surveyed, the land will have 2 to 4 diverse resource types."
- Presence 1: The resources will be Scarce (low abundance).
- Presence 2: At least one of the diverse resources will be Present (medium abundance).
- Presence 3: At least one of the diverse resources will be Rich (heavy abundance).
- Mana X%: When generating Mana in this land, you get a boost.
