- Familiarity with platforms like Vercel's V0 is a must.

**Key Qualifications:**
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, including hands-on experience with AI for code generation.
- Expert-level proficiency in web frontend architecture, including React components and general component architecture.
- Demonstrable experience in leading projects and driving innovation, not just following trends.
- Ability to think independently and possess a strong opinion on AI and its applications in software development.

**Desirable Skills:**
- Enthusiasm for AI-generated applications.
- Knowledge and experience with HTMX (desirable but not mandatory).
